I decided to let more people hear what I produce – I suck at PR and marketing when it comes to my “fun music”:
I never send out demos and so I didn’t release too much tracks so far, but this has to change!

Yes, I have big plans for next year and step one is to set up bandcamp and soundcloud pages for all my projects (and I just DELETED my MySpace-Pages!).
Of course all my stuff is downloadable for free. So please check out my couch techno outfit SUDER and my sample based electronic project VOLTMOLL!

For this backstage flick I had the pleasure to combine my passions for music and motion design again:
I produced the track, animated the opening titles and edited the whole thing.
Excuse the poor quality of some of the video footage – it was filmed with low budget camcorders by the portrayed fashionistas themselves. So I had to use loads of still photos to make it look good …

Here’s the story:

OTTO – world’s biggest mail order company – and Thuy (who writes for OTTO’s fashion blog) invited other fashion bloggers to a very special event in Hamburg: “Du in OTTO” (“You in OTTO”).

The girls met in a photo studio in the hip barrio Schanze, where the entire second floor was transformed into a boutique with stuff from the OTTO catalogue. The girls could pick different outfits, got a manicure, professional hair and make up for the photo shooting.

animated opener with music for TV SHOW “WIE GEIL IST DAS DENN!”

This is what I really love:
The combination of design, animation and music production. I did this nice little piece of work for the show WIE GEIL IST DAS DENN! (e.g. “HOW AWESOME IS THAT!” … *sigh* ) with the charming host Caro Korneli for the german TV channel ZDFneo.
I wanted a stop motion look, so we shot about 1000 pictures in a green screen studio for this trailer and for the bumpers (she does a lot of stupid and funny things during the show, and every “thing” has a special opening, I’ll upload those later).
I only produce music for my jobs if it’s fun – and ZDFneo wanted a thriving rock’n'roll hymn for the show! Which sounds like fun to me!!
